About Karma O’Neill

I have lived and worked in Annapolis since 1993. During that time, I have come to love Annapolis not only for its wealth of opportunity, but for its sense of community and its wonderfully diverse culture. As your alderwoman I will work with you to make our community even better.

Please join me in my efforts to improve the quality of life for all our Ward 2 neighbors. I look forward to meeting every one of you as we work together for the betterment of the neighborhood we call home.

About Karma

I moved to Annapolis shortly after graduating from Roanoke College in 1993. I have lived in the Ward 2 community for 17 years with my husband of twenty two years, Sean O’Neill, and our two children, Carter 19, and Jillian 15.  

Both of our children have spent their K-12 years in the public schools of our neighborhood, where they have thrived. I have worked to promote, understand, and celebrate the diversity of our community while striving to make the system work better for all of us. 

Over the past 11 years I have been operating my own business in Annapolis, KO Events, and I am grateful that my work allows me the flexibility to help others.
